How do I store and treat my meals?

Some of our meals are catered for hot so this can be reheated once then after discarded. You can not leave your meals out in room temperature for longer then 2 hours. All meals have a use by date and should be refridgerated at 5 degrees and below.

Do we have a food License?

Yes we do! Our commercial Production kitchen is registered by MPI and verified by AsureQuality.

Do you have a commercial Kitchen and where are you based?

Yes we do and it’s based in Auckland.

How do I cook the meals you deliver?

Reheating in the Oven 

Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius on Fan Heat.
For your Lu onto a tray with just enough tin foil.
Place in the middle rack reheat for 15 minutes at least until it reaches a core temperature of 68 degrees and above using a temperature probe or just a knife insert in the middle for a second then pull it out gently placing it on your chin real quick for a flash second, it should be hot.

For your kumara or anything else place your food into some tin foil, close it up and heat for 5 minutes at least.

Microwave

Transfer your meals onto a microwavable container or dishware.You can reheat your meals in the microwave for 40 seconds to a minute on high until piping hot.
